Once your order is successfully uploaded, in a short time you will receive a confirming email (Order Confirmation) with your order number, selected shipping method and a summary of your charges. If you do not receive an Order Confirmation, please do the following:
Verify that your spam filters have not blocked confirmation emails from no-reply@avincimedia.com from entering your mailbox. Order Confirmation emails may be blocked by email spam filters.
Verify that the email address you provided when placing your order is spelled correctly. If you misspelled your email address and your order was uploaded successfully, your Order Confirmation was sent to the misspelled email address.
To correct your email address, use our Contact Form to supply the correct address.
Please keep your Order Confirmation email for tracking purposes until you receive your Production DVD.
Your order will ship within three business days. When it ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email. Please allow one to five days from the shipping date for delivery. (See the shipping information page for more detail on shipping.)
aVinci Media's ordering and manufacturing processes are fully automated. When your order is submitted, within minutes our processes may begin rendering your movie, burning your DVD, and printing your cover, posters and books. Therefore, we are usually unable to change your order once submitted. However, changes that do not effect the products themselves can be changed usually within the first hours. If you learn from your confirmation email, for example, that your address is wrong, please use the form accessible from the main support page to contact us.
An order confirmation email is sent to you when you submit your order. Review this email and contact us through the support contact form if there are errors in your contact information.
A shipping confirmation email will be sent to you as soon as your order ships. This email will include a tracking number if available for the shipping method you selected./p>
NOTE: Shipping confirmation emails are sometimes blocked by spam filters or moved to your junk or spam email folder. Please make sure that your settings allow email from no-reply@avincistudio.com so you will be sure to get your shipping confirmation.

Your DVD includes a computer folder of the images you used in your movie. You can use these images to purchase more DVDs, or for other purposes such as ordering prints.
To access these images:
On your aVinci Studio DVD is a computer folder of your photos used in the movie. Use them for whatever you'd like.
To make another movie from your images, insert the DVD into your computer. (A DVD drive is required.) Close any windows that may open. When using aVinci Studio to make another movie, browse to the DVD drive on which you'll find a folder named My Photos.
To access these images for other purposes, use Windows Explorer to browse to the My Photos folder on the DVD.
If you are not fully satisfied with the quality of your finished DVD, aVinci Media will allow you to recreate your DVD at no additional cost. We guarantee the manufacturing quality of your DVD. We cannot fix or take responsibility for typos, or rearrange or edit photos; however, our goal is your satisfaction with the product. We may ask you to return your DVD.
If the manufacture of your product is good but you are not pleased with the results, you may return your DVD for a refund. Please contact us to make arrangements. You will receive your refund within four weeks.
