Can I see my finished movie before I order?

For most of our styles you will see a Preview button within the program, which when clicked will play for you your entire movie, with your pictures. However, because of the computer processing power required to "render" your movie for some of the more visually complex styles, it is not possible to see your finished movie for those styles -- you will see no preview button for these themes. You will instead be given the option to watch a preview of the entire movie using sample photos. Access this sample movie from the main screen where you select the style.

How do I rotate my pictures?

When adding photos to your movie, click, in the center of the screen, a photo needing rotation. At the bottom-right corner of the photo, a rotate button appears. Click this button as needed to put the photo in the proper orientation.

Using a photo multiple times

You can add the same photo multiple times to the same movie (as many times as you wish), even if it is marked on the screen as used. Perhaps you don't have enough photos to fill the required 40, or perhaps you want to create a specific effect by using a photo multiple times, such as repeating a key photo at the beginning and end that represents the theme of your movie.

Can I save my work?

As you work on making an order, what you do in the software is being saved automatically. Should you leave the software before submitting an order, next time you start the software, you will be asked if you want to continue where you left off in the making of your movie.

How do I use my payment code?

If you purchased a photoDVD kit, with this kit is a unique payment code. This payment code is worth the value of one DVD and its shipping. Payment codes are four sets of five letters and numbers. Note the following:

- Enter your payment code, found on the back of your CD sleeve, at the top-left of the payment screen. (A payment code is not the same as a promotion code that is entered on the right of the screen.)

- Type each of the four sets of numbers of the code into the corresponding field on the screen.

- Do not enter a payment code in the promotion code field. It will not be accepted.

- You do not need to enter credit card information unless you order more than one DVD, order companion products, or change the shipping method. Your payment code covers the cost of one DVD and its shipping.

- Do not type dashes or spaces in the payment code fields. Enter only five numbers and letters of the code in each of the four fields.

You must use the payment code to apply the value of one DVD to the cost of your order
